How do you change the themes ? do you download and install on WD?
As of Late I’m not able to update info via the online Database. Is there a setup procedure?

To change a theme you go to Setup> Appearence> User Interface Themes.
You get the themes from here in the Community, there are several posts with different themes with specific features.
I haven’t looked lately, but they may have removed some of them.
They made so many internal changes to themes in version 2.05.xx that many of the themes developed under version 2.04 or earlier just flat out don’t work right anymore.
