"The server is not powerful enough to convert video"

I’m getting that message when I try to play video, now that I’ve upgraded to OS 5.

It worked just fine in OS 3.

This is unacceptable.

My TV can play the files just fine in VLC, so I don’t see why it needs to transcode.

I hope WD is shipping all of us newer units, gratis, since they have broken what we had that was working, without hope of switching back.

This has just started randomly on my unit as well as it saying my drives are completely full when they are not. i have reached out to support twice this week with no response.
