chkdsk /f /r give this error message: what about it, does it mean?

My WD Red 2Tb SATA has only 4 months: any solution?

It means the last sector of the partition is corrupted or damaged. The first step is checking if Checkdisk can correct it. If not, then Microsoft recommends formatting or replacing the hard drive.
