The question of what the mount point and where to find it?

Good day!

Help me solve the problem,

At WD TV HD two connecting HDD:

• WD My Book Essential USB / USB 3.0 - 2 TB

• WD Elements - 1TB

Everything worked fine, but in one day, i couldnt see WD My Book Essential, testing on the computer (Win.7, XP)

1. “The device is loaded”

2. “The mount point has been established”

3. Immediately label is presented

“The mount point has been removed”

How to recover the mount point back? How to open the HDD,what program?
