I changed my PC and also my laptop windows. when I wanted to usemy WD sharespace, I can access the configure menu using the WD discovery tool but I can’t map the network drive or access anything on it
when I click map network drive it says
\10.0.02
The network path was not found.
\10.0.02 being where its connected to my router
it was working before i reformatted my computer how do i get it to work again? what am i missing?
I test it on another PCs or laptops but…
please help me
