The files in WD backup doesn't match the size in my computer at all

Hi there,

I just bought a WD Passport to make automatic backups of my PC. I have installed WD Backup software and configurate the external drive (WD passport) to make automatic backup copys every hour.

It seems nothing is working as the size of my PC drive is 3TB and the passport only register 15gb. I have configurated the propper folders and still…

What can I do? Thanks!

You should try to re-install the WD Backup and then create the backup again.
