The external HDD 2 TB stop responding every day

I have 2 TB external HDD running on RAID 1 , every day it is stop working and we have to restart it in order to run again, I tried to disable HDD standby and no luck please help

Did you try changing the ethernet cable, trying another router or changing the power aapter? You should also consider that the drive may be going bad…
