How we can hear and watch computer’s screen on TV’s screen through WD TV Live Hub Media Center ?
You can’t.
BUT: If you have a laptop they usually have an additional connection for an external monitor. If your TV has a matching input you can do it that way!
The manual of WD TV Live Hub Media Center says I can, but not says how

That’s microsoft’s manual, not WDs, and it is not talking about the Computer’s screen, it’s talking about streaming media.
The manual of WD TV Live Hub Media Center says on 12 page this info.

Here is a link to the English version of the manual for the WD TV Live Hub. I sure don’t see it there.

Play your media from your computer – This media center is Windows® 7
compatible, so you can use the “Play To” feature to easily stream your Windows 7
computer’s files to your TV through your media center.*
*For more information on Play To, go to:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/products/features/play-to.
And where does that say you can play your computer’s screen on the TV screen? Nowhere.
@werner33- I think you are misunderstanding what you are reading.
‘Play To’ does not have anything to do with displaying what is on your computer screen on another device.
‘Play To’ is just Microsoft’s name for a DLNA Media Controller (DMC). A DMC-
- discovers DLNA Media Server(s) (DMS) on your network and the media files they can stream
- discovers DLNA Media Rederer(s) (DMR) on your network (e.g. the WDTV Live players)
- allows you to tell a DMR to request a DMS to start streaming a particular media file
It has nothing to do with remote display of your computer screen.
