Hello

I have tagged quite a few images on my MyCloud Drive. Does anyone know how to retrieve them. All the tags are listed in Finder but when I click on a tag the message is that there are no files!!!

Any ideas please. I have checked the the external drive is not marked as Private as far as Spotlight is concerned. I am at a loss!

Hello,

It is possible that the files were tagged and the Mac used the drive’s IP address and not the My Cloud name to save the tag configuration. If the drive’s IP address was changed, then the tag configuration was deleted but the files should be stored on the My Cloud so can you please confirm if the drive is mapped on your Mac?

The Drive is mapped to my Mac now! HOw can I tell if Mac used the IP
address and not the Mycloud Name please
