I ran a System Test on the DL2100 and it returned with a red symbol next to memory. All others were good. Is this repairable?

My suggestion, turn your device off, wait a minute, reboot, and run the test again and see what happens.
If you recently upgraded to My Cloud OS5 firmware version 5.27.157 it’s a bug.

No problem. I grew tired of hearing crickets from WD, so I did a little reverse-engineering and was shocked when I discovered the truth.
I can’t say I blame you. Synology or QNAP are both good choices, but there’s a tradeoff. Synology tends to have better software and QNAP tends to have better hardware.
