System administrator password

I have just had an erase and restore of my iMac and am trying to restart using backups from my book live but I’m being asked for a system administrator password which I don’t have. Any ideas how I can get this??

You may try resetting the settings on the My Book Live by holding the reset button on the back for 3-5 seconds.
