Hi, is there a way to configure the apps in iPad, iPhone or desktop app such that they can all sync with Mycloud once it is connected to the internet? Currently, the apps are not as versatile as as the dropbox app where a copy of the documents are kept in the local device and synced once internet access is established.
Content within your WD My Cloud is available to all linked devices in real time, however, automatic upload/sync from guest devices is currently not available.
Your post sounds more like a good Feature Request; the best place for this, is in the Ideas Exchange section. This way someone from WD will be sure to see it and will allow more users to support your idea.
However, I would first search and make sure that there are no other active Feature Requests suggesting the same or similar improvements. If there is, then you could add your post and vote on it.
