Sync stopped. Help?

I am using Windows 10, and I have a Home Cloud Duo.

I was about halfway through syncing my Documents folder when all of a sudden the syn just stopped; as if I unsynced all the folders. All the synced data is still on My Cloud Home, however.

Am I correct in thinking that I’m kinda screwed and there is no way to continue the sync, but rather it has to start completely from scratch?

The My Cloud Home Desktop Sync supports Sync (Start) and Unsync (Stop). Sync, Unsync and then Sync the same folder again creates a new folder of the same name and the start of a new content Sync to the My Cloud Home.

Sync Resume or Resume Sync of an existing Sync’d folder is not supported.
