As I am new to this Cloud/Backup process, I would like to ask a simple question. What happens to the existing Category Backup if I switch to File Backup in WD Quickview. Is it overwritten, Deleted or does it also remain active in the background? I was unable to find the answer in any of the help files. Thanks in advance.
Hello WoblyTRS, if you switch fromCategory to File Backup, Smartware will continue using the same backup folder, it will just add the new locations that you select from the File Backup explorer.
