I received a response to an issue from Support quoting a support case # as a solution but nothing comes up when I search on this case# in the serach box.
Could someone please help me and tell me how to search by case# or alternatively copy/paste Case# [Deleted] into their reply? Thanks for your help! (BTW the issue was the non-visibility of time machine when setting up an ex2 ultra Hdd)
I immediately asked Support that question and I received the response below. If you can make sense of the first paragraph, then you are a better person than I am!
However, I did get another response from a different case worker giving me a copy of the quoted case solution, so in the end, I did get a solution. Only problem is, it hasn’t worked so far. I will keep trying.
It is very strange however that no one can tell me how to search the database by case#, which seems such a simple capability.

You should be able to verify the information related to that case ones you receive an email related to that support case.
