Suddenly WD My Cloud Home device appears offline
I understand that the My Cloud Home device is showing offline. The issue has been addressed with an update that is now available.
The update will install automatically within a few hours, or you may speed up the process by power cycling the unit once.
I think I’m having the same issue my device appears offline to android devices but seems to function in chrome or my Xbox it was functioning fine last night and this morning the issue appeared. For an automatic update, how can I check when it has performed the update?
