Suddenly lost connection with my WDTV on my laptop

Hi, can anybody help me pls?

I had no problems at all with my WDTV but all of a sudden, I couldn’t open the map no more!

I have no clue at all, went searching for some solutions but nothing helped. 

I’ve tried to reboot, reset my network setting, double checked the IP-address etc.

Oh might be useful: connection is wired. But I won’t go wireless (read this as one of the possible solutions, but it did fine before when it was wired, so I want to keep it that way)

Hope you come up with a solution

BDLathouwer, Maybe you should try contacting WD’s Technical Support about this. You can do so either by phone or email.

My exp is, wired or wireless, the connection comes and goes, sometimes for no good reason at all…   

No idea why…
