Suddenly I can't copy files over 1GB to my 1TB My Book Live

I have copied a lot of movies that I made from DVD’s to my 1TB My Book Live, and suddenly tonight I can’t copy any files over 1GB. I can still copy files less than that. I’ve used 386GB of storage, so I’m not out of space. Thoughts?
