Subtitles play too fast or not at all

I’m having problems with forced subtitles playing too fast to read or it just misses them all together

these are from  own bluray and dvd vobs

very annoying as this has been a constant issue that no one wants to fix

simple movie like battle of Britain shows forced subs so fast I can’t even read them

anyone got any options for a better media player other than wd, this is my 3rd wd media player, first one hdmi died, second one video died, and im over the sub issues

First time I’m reading about this and in my tests the subs (PGS, VobSub, SRT) were always in sync.

I also confirm subtitles (embedded or not) work perfectly on my fw 1.05.47

What’s your firmware version (Device Info)?

Also, I’m assuming you’re talking about playing from USB?
