Stuck on login

Hiya guys (and girls ;)),

I’ve just bought a My Cloud EX2 Ultra. So I’ve finished installing and everything seemed fine to me.

But when I click on the drive and try to log on, it just does nothing at all. When I press the “Aanmelden” (log on) button, nothing happens.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

Try to access the Dashboard and mycloud.com website on a different browser to fix the issue.
