I am using 2 MyBookLive 2 Tb drives, one as the primary data drive and the second as a mirror backup. I am simply using the built in Safepoint backup utility (that appears to be rsync). Somewhere along the way one of the backups failed and now I’ve got a file “stuck” on my backup drive called .rsync001 My configured safepoint stopped auto running (configured for daily at 1 AM). I have deleted the original safepoint and created a new one with a new name, which is working and backing up my drive. But now I can’t delete the .rync001 file or the folder structure for the old backup.
Any ideas on how to get rid of this file? Thanks
