this is really strange. my wd my passport 232gb used to work all the time now it only shows up on my computer/device manager/disk management sometimes. what do i do to fix it? it still has the light on and makes the spinning sound when it connected to a usb port.
Try with a different computer and a different USB cable. What’s the status on the disk management when it shows?
what do u mean try a diff usb cable? is it even possible to replace the one it came with? WHEN it shows up on disk management its normal this prob causes it only to work once in a while i think i’ve had it for 3-4 yrs.
