I can’t seem to store a picture on my iPad tp the cloud. Can you help?
there are two possible ways. First you can download the WD photo app and link it to your mycloud to upload your camera roll. The second is to go into the mycloud app and navigate to the folder where you want the photos to be stored. Then under the share name it will have two options one is to create a new folder, and the other is to upload a photo. Click it and it will ask for you to provide permission for the app to see the camera roll. Once you do this you will then be allowed to select the photos you wan to upload.
