Stopped a Full Restore - Help please!

My antivirus restarted the computer while it was doing a full restore to MY cloud Device… Now I can’t connect to the device to continue the full restore.

Does anyone know what I can do?

Turning off your computer does not affect the My Cloud Full Restore.

I actually disconnected everything and left it there for a few minutes… then plugged everything back again and it seemed to work.

I think the cloud device had entered into a loop or something as it had been “restoring” for 86hrs… so in the end the best thing that could’ve happened was that my antivirus decided to restart the computer on its own…

now everything is back to normal.
