Still Experiencing Remote Connection Problem

I’m still having problems connecting remotely after the recent firmware updated using my IOS devices. Sometimes it says “Device is not accessible. Local documents are available.” Has anyone experienced this problem? if so, what was the solution.

I have had this message before, fixed it,but can’t remember what I did other than reboot and re-install things. So, uninstall and re-install iOS app (My Cloud?)

Reboot modem and router. Easy way to test this: turn off wi-fi of phone and access via your cell phone connection. Last time I had an issue like this, I went into Dashboard of My Cloud and noticed in the Settings that my Remote Access was not connected and had to re-connect it. Try these ideas for starters.
