Im have a few days trying to backup my macbook pro but it stays at “Preparing Backup” and doesnt do anything.My macbook pro recognizes the WD MY PASSPORT but it still doesnt work. What should I do?

If you are using WD Smartware to create the backup then I recommend you uninstall and reinstall WD Smartware latest version.
