This is a windows tool to shutdown or restart the nas via ssh over batch files that get started by an c# generated exe file.

FEATURES if you run it: you get asked if you want to:

  • shutdown the nas and then the pc
  • or just the pc
  • or restart the nas.

to make it work you need to enable ssh access and enter the ip adress in the *.bat files.

if you make further improvements you can post your version below…

ps: i think it will work with other nas too.

Very good tool. Is it possible to change it, i only need the shutdown of my WD … that would be fine :slight_smile:
