I have the same issue. Mine is a WDS240G2G0A running Win7 Ultimate x64.

Having the same issue also since a couple day, with my 1TB 3d Nand Blue SSD. Dashboard was working fine before and now… SSD drive are not detected. But my drive work perfect. Was running release 2.3.3.0.

Same for me. After recent update.
Is anyone responding to this question. I am looking for an answer :wink:

Same problem with 2.4.0.0. on W7 64bit.

This “fixed” it:

Device Manager > IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers > AMD SATA Controller
Right-click on AMD SATA Controller, select Uninstall.
In “Confirm Device Uninstall” dialog box, check “Delete the driver software for this device.”
then click ok.

I had to reboot three times (because of the number of SSDs / HDDs on this system?)

This leaves you with the Microsoft supplied
“Standard AHCI 1.0 Serial ATA Controller”
under IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers.

Dashboard works, CrystalDisk works, and SMART is available on both.
Performance looks the same as when AMD SATA Controller was installed,

does not work for me. tried every way. ssd works fine, dashboard does not detect it. crystal diskinfo detects it better.
