Sqlite3 error reported in /var/log/apache2/web_errors.log

Hello,

I have several problems with my 4100 (cannot enter email addresses, cannot activate myCloud) and I found this:

File “/usr/local/wdmcserver/bin/AddVolumes.py”, line 41, in
cur.execute (“SELECT volume_id, base_path, dynamic_volume FROM Volumes where is_connected = ‘true’”)
sqlite3.DatabaseError: database disk image is malformed

How can this be fixed?

If you have an EX4100 you may want to post in and or visit and search (using the magnifying glass icon upper right) through the dedicated EX Series subforum where people more knowledgeable about the EX4100 may be able to assist. This subforum (My Cloud) is generally for the single bay/single drive My Cloud units.
