Sony Bravia KDL-24EX320 does not see the WD My Cloud 2GB as DLNA server (Twonky)

Dear All!

I have a TV Sony Bravia KDL-24EX320, and NAT WD My Cloud 2GB.
Both devices are DLNA certified. Both are connected to a usual home router D-Link with gigabit hub.

Twonky is tuned ON.

But Sony does not see the DLNA Twonky server on a WD My Cloud.

Can not see and that’s it …

However Twonky seen on other home devices on the same network, such as smartphones  by DLNA player.

Firmware on both devices have been recently updated on the latest.

What could be the problem? Are these devices compatible in principle?

How do I get access to the TV at least for photos on WD My Cloud? on the video, I do not hope…((

WD, help please! Is it a bug or something wrong in settings?

Likely wrong settings in between the pipeline leading from your WD My Cloud to your television. Confirm they are on the same WORKGROUP and network segment in case your TV is isolated.

Regards,
