Some files not backed up

When a backup is performed using WD Backup, it is noted that some files were not backed up, but when I attempt to “View” which files were not backed, no response is provided.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software?

Good suggestion. I will try that if the problem repeats - is seems to have
gone away.​
