Excuse me for my bad English but it’s not my primary language.
A while ago I bought a Mybooklive 2TB. Main goal was to access my files from everywhere.
On my Iphone I installed the WD2GO app. I encountered the following problem when I wanted to login
to my “NAS” : Device Offline - Not accessible…
At the end I got everything working just fine. This is how I’ve done that :

Logged in to my router

Settings : Remote access permitted

UnPn : Offline
Then :
-
Logged in to Mybooklive (webaccess, settingsmenu)
-
External Access permitted
-
Mobile Access → added my Iphone
Also I changed the connectionsettings to Manuel (also in my router)
I didn’t test it but I think the mainproblem is in the UnPn settings. Somehow Mybooklive doesn’t accept mobile access when unPn is turned on in your router.
