Hello, I try to access dashboard of WD My cloud pr4100 from away but it seems not working, how I can add users or control or at least reboot it from away ?
solved after WD updated the Firmware to 2.40.157, as an admin now I can delete users or add users from away, that’s all … not full dashboard yet but at least now I can access
