Solid Yellow light, no ping (static IP) no reset button

Hi all,

I hace My cloud 4 Tb device, not sure what generation is but P/N: WDBCTLxxxxxxx-00. I had some issues in the past when I tried to connect to device sometimes took many time before i could connect. Now my problem is bigger because device does not responde to ping and of course not available via ssh or web UI.

I configured the server with static IP address, I tested with 2 different routers, changed the cable and light from network interface is orange and green light also blinks, then I assume is not an issue with the network interface. I tried to reset using the button but I do not see the device restart.

I appreciate any comment or suggestions to solve the issue. thanks in advance.
