Solid Red light on the drive

I have had my two drive My Cloud Mirror unplugged for 4 months (it worked fine prior to unplugging). I plugged it back in today and I’m getting solid red light and can’t see the drive on my network. I have read a few posts where the red light can be on but the drive still mounts. Not sure what course of action needs to happen to be able to access the drive. Thanks for any advice/guidance.

Did you plug in both the power and the Ethernet Cable? See the User Manual.
