WD doesn’t have a way for you to manually register your product (Date of writing this 02/25/21) but they sell their SN850 with a 5 year warranty…? can someone explain this? I had to register it by online chat and the person helping me was dodging the questions like if it was a game of dodge-ball. I’m thinking about returning this product because of how shady everything is fall in place. No instructions on how to register the product or a way to get to the page, lady from chat dodging questions and two week long fight on trying to register my SN850. Every bone in my body is telling me that this is very “sus”.
