SN770 seen as Gen1 , slow speeds

Lenovo L15 Gen 2

My factory ssd : WD SN730 using windows 10
WD Dashboars sees it as : Capability GEN 3 and Connection GEN 3, which is correct

Swapped it with : WD SN770 using windows 11
WD Dashboars sees it as : Capability GEN 4 and Connection GEN 1, which is incorrect and has horrible slow speeds

Everything is up to date, the only difference is the OS.
What can i do so that i get a connection gen 4 for the SN770 ? I did a lot of troubleshooting, nothing works…

Later edit : installed Windows 10 on SN770, same issue
