SN750 NVMe SSD 1TB Failure

Just after install, seamed to work well. Nevertheless, Hard Disk Sentinel Pro v5.30 mentioned a “possible failure” and the necessity to save data. I had the fealing that the SSD was almost permanently working (looking for data?) but I could use my laptop normally. Unfortunately after three weeks it was impossible to open Windows 10. I had to reinstall my previous SSD and I guess that I will have to return it to WD. Any similar experience in the community? I would appreciate you help. Thanks in advance.

Hi Mistraou,

Did you check with the support of motherboard/laptop that the specific model is compatible?

Did you try to connect to another PC by any chance?

Have you tested the SSD with the WD Dashboard utility(extended test):

Testing a drive for problems using Western Digital Dashboard

I would suggest you do those steps first and then make a replacement request should the test results show that drive is defective.
