SN520 NVMe Pyrite

Morning,

I am after resetting a SN520 NVMe SSD back to factory defaults and disabling / removing / resetting / clearing / reverting the Pyrite v1.0, the drives do not have a PSID and seem to have a strange MSID.

The Drives MSID is simply ‘MSID’ eight times (“MSIDMSIDMSIDMSIDMSIDMSIDMSIDMSID”).

I have tried without success :

  • Western Digital SSD Dashboard
  • Sedutil,
  • Corsair SSD Toolbox,
  • Crucial SSD Storage,
  • Seagate SeaTools,
  • Intel Memory and Storage Tool,
  • Samsung Magician,
  • Kingston SSD Manger,
  • Toshiba OCZ SSD Utility,

Any advice would be appreciated.

Aaron
