I’ve got a MyCloud Home that I am storing my MP3’s on so my Control4 home automation can access it. I’m trying to add files to it, but get this message:
I looked it up on Microsoft’s website and apparently it’s WD’s issue. Anyone have any idea how to solve this?

I followed the steps in the first article, using option 2. I rebooted and still get the same error message, so I went to the second article you listed, but have no idea what to do next. Can you provide a bit more details?
