Smartware nr of copies

Try to start a customer question but get rejected (valid serial number) but I have verified four times. ???

Have set nr of Smartware copies to 2. Works for all apps except my mail (thunderbird). There it makes
copies ad infinitum until disc fills unless I eliminated some copies. Is there something I can do?
