Smartware - not backing up multiple users data

I have recently had to rebuild my computer (restore factory settings) and have been able to retrieve most of my data using my WD Book Live and the backups.

What I noticed is that the backup only took data from my account and the public data.

When I want to back up a PC, I want all the users data on it.

Is there an easy way to do this or do I need to select the file backup option and select the files myself?

Hello AndyHayward, you need to log into the user account that you wish to backup and start then start the backup for that user, as you mentioned, you can also do a file backup.
