Hi Guys,
I need some help I have just purchaced the N900 Central got a great deal and so far the unit is great. The only issue I’m having is that the Smartware software does not want to install.
What happened:

I downloaded the latest drivers rather than installing the software that came with the unit “WD SmartWare Upgrader.msi” Version: 1.6.5.3
-
Installed the software and the Windows 8 PC Blue screened sad face icon. Windows reported the following

- I tried installing the original version of Smartwar ethat came with the N900 Central, and received an installation error Starting the WD Backup Service.

Any ideas where to look.
