Smartware drops my internet

Hi Guys
I have reinstalled win 10 on my desktop and all works fine until I install wd smartware then when it’s running about every 5 to 10 minutes my usb dongle drop its connection to the internet then it restarts and all’s fine for a while til it drops it again.
if I system restore windows to before I installed it all works ok.
Any ideas to try or any different software to use

@andy_b What problems were you having that caused you to reinstall Windows 10?

Was putting it onto a larger drive by cloning it but did something wrong and had boot loader missing so just reinstalled windows on new drive had no problems before …
