does anyone know if its possible to get my wdtv live hub to show in the smart tv screen on my samsung smart tv?

What you mean to show in the smart tv? Are you saying that you are not able to see the media player on the tv or that you are not able to see the drive inside of the media player through the network from the smart tv?
