SMART information on RE4 disk

Hi,
I bought recently a RE4 disk WD1003FBYX and i have multiple question about some value in SMART.

I have a spin_up_time value equal to 3633, is it normal for a two day recent disk ? Can you explain me this raw value ?

Other question about this disk running in a home NAS, so, is it recommended for the disk to run 24/24 (few power cycle count) ? or is it better to hibernate when there is no activity on the disk or between the night : two or three hibernation of the disk  in a day ?

The raw value is the spinup time, with units in milliseconds. In your example, the drive took 3.633 seconds to spinup. This is normal.
