I just set up a wd live plus in my father’s house. I have a has wit his movies and the wd tv can see this media server without problem. When a file is selected for viewing it takes about 90 secs for it to start but then plays without problem. I have the exact same setting, with no problems. Any thoughts?

I understand that you are using the same configuration, but can you please provide more details like the media server itself, the speed of the connection, if you’re wired or wireless, the firmware of the WDTVs and the media info of the files played?
