Slow download speed

Hello everyone.

I have had My Cloud for a while now and everything worked perfectly. Quite often I share a link on a folder to my colleagues and they download files at work. Download speed used to be around 1,5MB/s. I haven’t changed anything, but now their download speed is around 50kB/s (usual 1,5MB/s when downloading from other servers).

Does anyone have an idea what happened and how to fix it, please?
