Slingplayer gives a code 5 looling for a slingbox . Is this app suppose to be a palyer or an app for a slingbox

Been a "live TV " app I was disappointed .
Livestation would have been a better choice , to pay $200 for WD Live hub and WD cliaming that this suppose to be something to get Live TV from only to learn that I would need a another box for another $100 for this to work is not Live TV app but something useless to me . Please get a "Live TV " that works in Canada
Its a player for a slingbox. This means that you have to have a slingbox already setup up to stream to the WD TV player.
