Hello everyone,
I am trying to use the wireless function of my WD HD live player with the following USB adaptor :

which I bought because it was on the list of compatible adaptors provided by WD (I checked that it had the same version as on the list).
Unfortunately, it does not seem to work. When I plug it, nothing happens. I have tried both rear and lateral USB inputs, but I never have to chose between a wireless and a wired connection in the network settings menu…
Has anyone had this issue with this adaptor ?
Any suggestions ?
I don’t mind changing the adaptor (still have the ticket) but how can I be sure that another adaptor will work if does one doesn’t even if is on WD’s list
